Webinar Description: With the increasing prevalence of illicit fentanyl, it is important for healthcare providers to understand the new hurdles they may face in treatment of opioid use disorders. This session aims to improve the healthcare provider’s understanding of the changing trends of illicit opioids that they may see in their patient population. This will provide information on pharmacokinetics and how fentanyl may differ from other opioids and will touch base on treatment modalities.
