• Describe the pain-related experiences of perinatal women contributed to the initiation and perpetuation of perinatal opioid use and misuse.
• Discuss how socio-environmental factors influenced perinatal opioid misuse and dependency.
• Summarize at least two healthcare interaction-related findings from the study results.
