This one-hour training with Dr. Finlayson Reid & Nausheen Hossain will educate Pharmacists on Medication for Opioid Use Disorder
 
At the end of the training participants will be able to answer the following questions
 
  1. What is a MAT/MOUD program?  What is an OTP?  - What is the pharmacist’s role with these programs?
  2. What medications are used for MAT/MOUD programs - Assessment? Dosing ? Side effects? REMS?
  3. What TN laws currently surround MAT/MOUD programs, specifically relating to prescribing and dispensing the medications?
